Refund policy
Within India
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, for the following reasons only:
- Size mismatch
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order, otherwise the goods will be considered sold. Refunds for eligible returns are issued as a store voucher valid for 1 month.
Custom-made and made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned.
Outside India
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
How to return or exchange
- Within 48 hours of delivery, email legendrajwada@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp +91 72788 44440 with your order number and photos of the product.
- Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
- Pack the product securely with all tags and accessories and courier it to: Legend Rajwada – Returns & Exchanges, Shop No 3, Aaron Spectra, Near Rajpath Club, Rajpath Rangoli Road, Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059.
- Email us your order number and courier tracking details.
- Once we receive the product, we complete a quality check within 2 working days and contact you about your exchange or voucher.
